On 25 February, three sets of 688 production equipment were sent to Guizhou province, China. The packed pallets have been neatly lined up in the workshop and 12 containers are ready for dispatch. The customer in Guizhou is one of the largest tobacco companies in China. The customer came to Kingwood in person to discuss the details of the contract and to become Kingwood's sole agent in Guizhou through the construction of this project. This process fully reflects the recognition and affirmation of Kingwood's product quality, technical level, comprehensive services, and overall corporate strength.
The 688-biomass pellet mill project consists of one crusher, one shredder and three sets of 688 pellet mills, creating a dust-free workshop for the overall creation of the colleague project. The whole production line is based on the technology of crushing first and then batching. One pelletizer can produce approximately 8-10 tons of biomass pellets per hour. From the receipt of raw materials to the distribution of the finished product, all operations in the project are mechanized and automated, with the various construction sub-projects closely linked, resulting in a small overall footprint for the line and short transfer lines, maximizing total cost savings for the client.
In the latter stages of the project, Kingwood will be fully committed to the installation guidance and commissioning work to prepare the customer for a smooth start-up on all fronts.
Kingwood will continue to focus on its strategy in China and overseas, with technology-led intelligent development, and strive to create more value-added pelletizing system solutions for domestic and global customers in China.
